Q: Do you ship outside of the UK?

We ship to most other countries. Please contact us with your requirements for a quote.

Q: Do you give trade customers discounts?

Yes we do. You must contact us to verify that you are a trade client to become eligible for trade discounts

Q: Do you service other peoples pump stations?

Yes we service most other systems. We will often require the details of your systems before providing a price. Photos are a great help if you dont know what you have.

Q: Can you build me a bespoke system?

Yes we can. As a manufacturer and not a reseller, we can designand build any system.

Q: I need a larger capacity battery back up?

We build for many of our clients larger systems or modify our existing systems with larger capacity batteries too

Q: What installation information do you have to help me?

We have YouTube videos for the complicated instructions and PDF files for simpler installations. Plus we are always avaiable and have thousands of installation photos we can send to you to help

Q: What if I need a larger chamber size?

We can offer larger chambers of if you only want a bit more capacity we can sell you additional chambers to link together.

We offer 12 months manufacturers warranty on all the pumps and where longer terms are offered we provide those too
